Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Using our booking platform, you can look for areas of the island or your exact point of interest. Just fill in all the required information and a confirmation is sent to you instantly. You are not required to prepay or enter credit card data in order to secure your booking. For more complicated routes and special requests, sending an email is the best way. You can also make bookings over the phone (although it is a less recommended way); in this case please have your flight number, arrival time and lead passenger name handy to speed up the booking process.

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to book you’re going to need your personal information (e.x. First and Last Name), where it’s your destination and from where do we pick you up from, also the time & date of the pickup.

You don’t have to use any billing details if you choose not to. You can always pay by cash or on arrival.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

When you can’t find the route you want to book you either choose the areas name (e.x. Kefalos Centre) or contact us through WhatsApp,Messenger, Mobile or Email.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay online at the end of the booking process, on specific routes you can also pay in cash or by card directly to the driver.

  • Card to the driver: VISA, MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY
  • Secure Online Payment: Payment is provided by our bank. We accept VISA or MASTERCARD

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

You can book a transfer with more than one stop by contacting us through WhatsApp,Messenger, Mobile or Email. We can suggest you points of interest and stops and we will calculate a price for you asap.

Do you have a fixed price policy?

All our transfers have fixed price quotes available in advance, which cover all taxes and fees.

I did not get a confirmation what should i do?

First please check your trash/spam folder in your email box. If you have not received any confirmation from us please contact our call centre +30 6944535855 send us an email, or contact us through WhatsApp or Messenger.

Can you pick me up also at night or early in the morning?

Yes we can. The pick up time is only up to you. Please make sure that you put the correct time while making the reservation.

How do i calculate the price of my transfer?

For the calculation please use our online for on the website or contact us and our agents. The will calculate the price for you.

Where do I meet the driver at the airport/station?

The solid details about meeting the driver at the airport or Railway Station are provided in your booking confirmation. In most cases, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals terminal. The driver will be holding a card with the name of the lead passenger which was provided during the booking process.

 

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In this case please try to contact the driver on his mobile phone. You can also contact our office.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

How long will the transfer take?

Where will you wait for me at my hotel or apartment or home?

If you are going from a hotel, please wait at reception (lobby). If being collected from an apartment or your home, please wait outside by your main door. The driver will look for you there. In other cases, during the booking process, please provide us with the full address including precise details (plaza, street, postcode etc.) of where you want to be collected.

Can I make stop on the way to go sightseeing?

Yes it is possible. Short stops along the way (eg. restroom, drink, stretch a legs) that do not exceed 30 minutes are free of charge. If you would like to make any stop or visit any place on the journey please contact us or mention this in the reservation and we will calculate possible extra charges.

Do you provide child-seats?

Child seat is provided free of charge. A child’s age must be notified in advance when you make your reservation.
